Bidding
Bidding - All items will Start at $10 at increments of $5 until $50.00
Bids above $50 will be in increments of $10 until $1000
Bids above $1000 will be in increments of $25 until $2,000
Bids above $2,000 will be in increments of $50 until $5,000
Bids above $5,000 will be increments of $100
Auction begins to close on 8/12/26 at 7:00 PM and every lot closes every 2 minutes unless there is additional bidding
Reserves: Due to high value of most items in this Auction, there will be reservers on the majority of items.
Payments and Additional information
Payment must be made using a Credit Card, Debit, Wire Transfer on all sales over $2500.
Payment for winning bidders will be submitted within 24hours after the sale ends.
Compassionate Transition does not guarantee the working condition of any mechanical item unless otherwise stated.
Please make sure of your bidding choices as we will not be responsible for bidding mistakes.

Three additional charges will appear on your invoice. A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the winning bid for auctions and a 3% Credit Card fee and Local sales tax 8% will also be added.
Customers MUST pay for the online estate property before picking up or shipping. All Sales over $2,500 must be paid via wire transfer. All bidders with sales greater than $2,500 will be provided with transfer details. (Location details will be provided to all winning bidders).
Customers who have not paid within 48 hours after the auction has ended will not have any claim to the property and the property may be resold or donated. Property that has been paid for but is not picked up by the end of the pick-up period (72 hours) will be considered abandoned and subject to no refund.
Shipping is available and the following charges will apply. A $20.00 Convenience fee will be applied on top of shipping charges for each lot number to cover insurance and transport fees. (Note if you are the winning bidder, you will be required to provide a street address, phone number and email address for the shipper. Shipping will be completed within 5-7 business days after the sale.
