    Shipping Information

    Shipping is available on most items in this auction. Winning bidders requesting shipping will initially receive an invoice for their purchases at the close of the auction. After the auction has ended, all items will be carefully packed, weighed, and measured to determine the actual shipping cost. We use a third party shipping service to pay for shipping. This is usually cheaper than the retail cost from shipping carriers. We are extremely fair with passing the same prices on to our buyers.

    Once packaging is complete, a revised invoice will be issued that includes the actual carrier shipping charges, insurance (if applicable), and a packing and handling fee. Packing and handling fees are $2 per lot shipped, with a maximum handling charge of $20 per shipment, regardless of the number of lots included. Whenever practical, multiple lots will be combined into a single shipment to help reduce overall shipping costs.

    Shipping costs cannot be determined until items have been packed and are based on the actual size, weight, and destination of the package. All shipping and handling charges must be paid prior to shipment.

    Please note that some oversized, unusually heavy, or fragile items may not be eligible for shipping. We cannot combine 200 pounds of planes into one box. We do are best to combine shipping but it still may result in multiple packages. If an item is not eligible for shipping, this will be noted in the lot description. Questions regarding shipping should be submitted prior to bidding.

    Examples:

    • 1 lot shipped = $2 handling fee
    • 3 lots shipped together = $6 handling fee
    • 5 lots shipped together = $10 handling fee
