By placing a bid, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please review all lot descriptions, photographs, and preview opportunities before bidding.
Auction Schedule
Bidding Opens: Monday, June 29, 2026 – 8:00 AM
Bidding Begins Closing: Sunday, July 12, 2026 – 3:00 PM
Lots close every 30 seconds beginning with Lot #1.
Extended Bidding
If a bid is placed during the final one (1) minute before a lot is scheduled to close, that lot will automatically extend for an additional 60 seconds. Bidding will continue until no further bids are received within the final minute.

Preview is available by appointment only in Waynesville, North Carolina.

Descriptions, photographs, and condition reports are provided as a courtesy and represent our best effort. Buyers are solely responsible for determining the authenticity, condition, completeness, dimensions, age, and suitability of each item.
No refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or adjustments will be made after the close of the auction.
Payment
Payment is due immediately upon the close of the auction.
• The credit card on file with EstateSales.org will be charged automatically.
• Please ensure your payment information is current before bidding.
• Invoices will be emailed following the auction.
• Declined payments must be resolved prior to pick-up or purchased items may be forfeited.
A 15% Buyer's Premium and applicable 7% North Carolina Sales Tax will be added to all purchases unless a valid resale certificate is on file prior to payment. - Pick-Up Information

Bring adequate assistance for loading furniture and large items. Staff is not available to move or load purchases.
Packing materials may be available; however, buyers are responsible for packing all purchased items.
All items included within a lot must be removed. Partial pickups are not permitted.
Please do not arrive before your scheduled appointment.
Items not removed during the scheduled pickup period will be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund unless prior arrangements have been approved by Cornerstone Estate Sales.
If you are unable to attend pickup, please contact us immediately. Communication is appreciated and often allows us to accommodate special circumstances.
Shipping
Shipping is available only on select lots.
Please review each individual lot description for shipping eligibility.
Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Removal of Large Items
Buyers assume all responsibility for safely disconnecting, removing, transporting, and loading purchased property.
Professional movers or licensed contractors should be used when removing built-in cabinetry, appliances, plumbing fixtures, electrical equipment, safes, or exceptionally heavy items.
Cornerstone Estate Sales assumes no liability for injuries or property damage occurring during preview, pickup, or removal.
Auctioneer's Rights
Cornerstone Estate Sales reserves the right to:- Withdraw, combine, divide, or re-catalog lots.
- Correct catalog errors or omissions.
- Cancel or reopen bidding when necessary.
- Resolve bidding disputes at its sole discretion.
- Refuse service or future bidding privileges to any buyer.
Cornerstone Estate Sales is not responsible for internet outages, technical issues, bidding delays, or platform errors related to EstateSales.org.
