1. General Sales Policy
- All Sales Are Final: Every item is sold "As-Is, Where-Is" with no warranties, express or implied. Once a transaction is completed—either online or in-person—there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- Vintage Disclaimer: Buyers acknowledge they are purchasing vintage electronics (often 40+ years old). While we strive to describe the functional condition accurately, these items are sold without future guarantees regarding performance or longevity.
2. Payment Terms
- Advance Purchases: Items purchased via "Buy It Now" through EstateSales.org require immediate payment via Credit/Debit card. These items are considered sold and will be held for your scheduled pickup.
- On-Site Payments: For additional items purchased during your appointment, we accept Credit/Debit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Square & Venmo. * Cash: Exact change is appreciated. We do not accept personal checks.
3. Appointment & Pickup Protocol
- Scheduled Entry: Entry is strictly by preset appointment only. To maintain a safe and focused environment, please arrive on time and confirm purchase and name of buyer. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your slot.

After that, a 20% restocking fee may apply if a refund is requested, or the item may be relisted.
- Moving & Loading: Please bring adequate help and a suitable vehicle for large items (e.g., Snell Type A speakers, heavy McIntosh amplifiers, etc.). StereoNiche staff are not responsible for moving, lifting, or loading furniture-grade audio equipment into buyer vehicles. ###
- Shipping: While shipping is not available, you can reach out to discuss having it dropped off at the local UPS for packing/shipping or make arrangements for a service to come by to pickup an item.
4. Testing & Inspection
- Inspection: Buyers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect items during their appointment.
- Demonstration: For high-value components, a brief functional demonstration can be provided upon advanced request, provided it does not interfere with the appointment schedule.
5. Liability
- Premises Safety: By scheduling an appointment, you agree to enter the premises at your own risk. The homeowner/seller is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damage to personal property occurring on or near the premises.
