Payment Information: To place a bid, you must be registered with estatesales.org and have valid payment information on file in your profile. By providing your credit /debit card information, you irrevocably authorize Blue Moon Estate Sales to charge your card on file for the total purchase amount of any winning bid plus any fees associated with the sale of the item, including but not limited to taxes, shipping, and handling fees.
You acknowledge and agree that you will maintain valid payment information within your user profile as long as you maintain an account with Blue Moon Estate Sales. You acknowledge that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. Blue Moon Estate Sales reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel or suspend the bidding privileges of any user maintaining invalid payment information.
If your payment method fails, Blue Moon Estate Sales may collect amounts owed by charging other payment methods on file with us and/or retain collection agencies and legal counsel. In addition, you may be subject to late fees and interest at the discretion of Blue Moon Estate Sales, which will not exceed the maximum amount permitted by applicable law..
Placing a Bid is an agreement to purchase the item you bid on. If you are the winning bidder, you are committed to purchasing and picking up your item(s) on the scheduled pick-up date. Please do not if you do not plan to purchase the item.
Receipts are emailed to winning bidders once the sale has closed and payment has been secured.
Shipping is available for ALL purchased items.
All items must be paid for before they are picked up. If the total payment is not received before the scheduled pick-up date and time, the item(s) will be forfeited and restocked.
