One Community Auctions is a licensed auction firm serving North Carolina and South Carolina, based in Concord (NC License 10870, SC License 5014). We take a property from full and overwhelming to sold and settled, and we do it under one roof. We clean out the home, catalog and photograph the contents, and sell them through professional auction to the right buyers. And because we are also licensed in real estate, we can take the house itself to market too. Contents and property, one team, one point of contact.
