Sunny Transitions, LLC is a professional estate auction company serving Las Vegas and Southern Nevada. Since 2016, owner Jason Kinas and the Sunny Transitions team have helped families, homeowners, collectors, and estate representatives successfully sell personal property through professionally managed online auctions.
Rather than conducting a traditional in-home estate sale, Sunny Transitions uses online auctions to expose your belongings to a much larger audience. His staff worked diligently in selling all the items from the home and when we were done, the house was ready to showcase for sale. We were able to see all the items online, We watched the progress of the auction. Once the sale was over, within 48 hours the house was vacant. Would highly recommend indefinitely use again. If you have items in your home, looking to sell your home and don’t know what to do with furniture or personal items and don’t want the hassle of doing it yourself. This is the best option. Jason is a real life saver. He handled my estate sale over a year ago in August, 2016. As you can see from my late review, I am quite the procrastinator. This is my life! I found myself completely overwhelmed after losing both of my parents who I had lived with over a decade, having to sell a too large house, and being physically handicapped, dealing with sorting, packing, selling, and moving before escrow closed seemed like an impossible task. Then I found Jason, my knight in shining armor! He really knows what he is doing. He handled everything for me, and he is so fast and compassionate too. His job was especially difficult since I lived in the home where the estate sale was to occur. It wasn't like he could just come in and tag everything for sale. Some things needed packed and moved to storage, some things packed and moved to a temporary home, and most things sold. Things from a sixty-year marriage needed sorted. I just had to be present to tell him what I wanted to keep, but Jason did all the work. He unpacked the closets and boxes in the garage and sorted, packed my things, arranged the movers - all this on top of the usual estate sale preparations. His father was great to have there as an antique and jewelry expert. Jason is so knowledgeable that he could recognize the brand of furniture and approximate year it was made without looking at the brand mark inside. I didn't have to worry about a thing. He even cleaned up afterward. By the way, he returned my call when no other company would when I initially shopped around. He was always communicating with me during the process too. I can't say enough about how grateful I am to have found Jason. I apologize for taking so long to write this review.Stephanie Early

Sunny Transitions, Jason and his crew are awesome! They are very respectful, knowledgeable and work very hard. I was skeptical when Jason told me after a two day estate sale all of my furniture, household items, clothes, purses, shoes, hats and whatever jewelery I wanted to sell would be gone when the sale was over. He asked me if I wanted him to sell my Corvette convertible.. jokingly??? I said yes. I've tried to sell it for a few months.. no serious buyers but everyone wanted to test drive it. Lol. I drove it off the showroom floor (1 owner) it had low mileage and was well cared for plus I asked a higher price than KBB said it was worth. First thing in the morning on the first day of the sale Jason called me and told me he sold my car for the price I wanted. I was so impressed!Noraye Darnel
On day 2, I stopped at my house again and they had no less then 30 people in line to pay for the treasures they found. I like that Sunny Transitions names their estate sales. They appropriately named mine "Romantic Victorian" I had Ethan Allen and Aico furniture.. solid wood from Italy.
